Yellow rose steamed buns
Overview
The pumpkin has been stored in the refrigerator for several days after purchase. If it is not eaten, it may go bad. It suddenly occurred to me that I would participate in a food event in a while. The one I chose was about making pasta. All the ingredients were readily available at home, so I had to spend more time practicing. It's better to take action than to have a heartbeat. Knead the dough and ferment it at noon, and then you can cook it quietly in the evening. I made several kinds of steamed buns this time, among which yellow rose steamed buns are one of them. I will share them with you now.

Take a chopstick and wrap the uncut dough around the chopsticks to form a rosette

With the stamen as the center, wrap the cut dough pieces around the stamen into a rose shape, and finally cut the bottom of the rose flat with scissors
