Honey BBQ
Overview
I had large skewers of barbecued pork in the buffet restaurant and it tasted really good. While waiting for the chef to grill the meat, I kept asking the chef what kind of meat and sauces he used. I secretly learned a few tricks and kept them in my mind. I tried it in the oven when I got home. The first trial was quite successful. The main ingredient is barbecued pork sauce or barbecue sauce sold in the supermarket. There are various flavors. I made a recipe to share with everyone.

Cut the pork tenderloin into large square strips, add cooking wine, salt, green onions, and ginger, poke holes on all sides with toothpicks, and marinate for half an hour.

Remove the onions and ginger, dip them into dry water, spread the barbecue sauce evenly, grasp with your hands for 5 minutes to absorb the flavor, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place the tenderloin in the oven.

Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.

Take it out, brush another layer of barbecue sauce on the surface of the tenderloin, and place it in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Take out the tenderloin, brush a thin layer of honey on the surface, put it back in the oven, and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. You can brush another layer of honey in the middle to make the color more red and bright.

Remove and place on a plate to cool.
