Overview
There are many ways to make fried pancakes, and they are also one of the classic pasta dishes. This pretzel pancake is made with Sichuan peppercorn powder and salt as seasonings. The thin pancake has a faint aroma of Sichuan peppercorns, which is really lovely.

Add a little salt to the flour, add 350ml warm water, and stir into dough.

Then knead into a soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.
