Ice Pork Buns
Overview
I made some iced meat some time ago. After marinating, I can use many gourmet ingredients. Today I made a cage of iced meat buns. It’s so delicious!

Fry peanuts and white sesame seeds until cooked.

Peel the peanuts and crush them with a rolling pin.

Prepared iced meat in advance (included in my previous recipe).

Take a container and put peanuts, white sesame seeds and ice meat in it. , add sugar and corn oil.

You also need to add 1 tablespoon of flour to the filling (secret recipe!), mix well and set aside.

Knead the flour with yeast and put it in the refrigerator to ferment (also in the previous recipe).

The dough is ready to ferment until doubled.

Divide the dough into evenly sized portions.

Flatten the dough into a thin layer with thick edges in the middle.

Put the filling into the dough in the palm of your left hand and pinch it with your right hand.

Please ignore the appearance of the buns.

Place the buns in a steamer, let them rise for 15 minutes, and steam for 20 minutes.

After 5 minutes of turning off the heat, move the cage and uncover it.
