Hand cake

Overview

The hand pancakes on the outside are basically added with lettuce, sausage, or an egg. I used homemade bratwurst and it was delicious with the little bits of red cabbage and carrots left over. And it uses flying cake crust, which makes it faster.

Steps

1. 1 Ingredients.

   

2. 2 Wash and shred purple cabbage and carrots.

   

3. 3 Cut the sausage in half and cut into long slices.

   

4. 4 Chop some green onions.

   

5. 5 Add oil to the electric pan and fry the onions.

   

6. 6 Add the sausage and fry until cooked.

   

7. 7 Add vegetables and stir-fry.

   

8. 8 Add the pancake skin and fry until both sides are slightly brown.

   

9. 9 Put some hoisin sauce or ketchup on it.

   

10. 10 Add the sausage slices and shredded vegetables and roll it up.
