Hand cake
Overview
The hand pancakes on the outside are basically added with lettuce, sausage, or an egg. I used homemade bratwurst and it was delicious with the little bits of red cabbage and carrots left over. And it uses flying cake crust, which makes it faster.

Wash and shred purple cabbage and carrots.

Cut the sausage in half and cut into long slices.

Chop some green onions.

Add oil to the electric pan and fry the onions.

Add the sausage and fry until cooked.

Add vegetables and stir-fry.

Add the pancake skin and fry until both sides are slightly brown.

Put some hoisin sauce or ketchup on it.

Add the sausage slices and shredded vegetables and roll it up.
