Toon fish

Toon fish

Overview

After the Qingming Festival, the weather gets warmer, and the next solar term, Guyu, is a good time to eat toon. At this time, the toon is mellow and delicious, and has high nutritional value. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Toona sinensis has the effects of improving the body's immunity, strengthening the stomach, regulating qi, antidiarrheal, moisturizing, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and insecticidal. It is worth noting that the nitrite content in fresh toon is high, so blanch it in boiling water before eating to remove it. This is the time to try out delicious food. There are some Chinese toon trees in my hometown’s yard. You don’t have to pay a high price to buy them. You can just go home and pick some. One of the classic ways to eat toon: fried toon fish. Crispy, fragrant and delicious! I haven’t sorted it out before, so it’s not the right time to post it now, haha
