The beef patties are defrosted naturally. You can make them yourself or buy them from outside

Take two pieces of paper, place one under the beef patties and one on top of the beef patties

Press with your hands to suck out the blood from the beef patties

Uncover the kitchen paper

After taking out the pot, clean it

After the pan is hot, add oil. You don’t need to add it because there is already oil in the beef patties
-
Once the oil is hot, turn off the heat

Add beef patties

Turn over
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides, then use chopsticks to peel the patties apart to see if the inside is cooked

Take out of the pot

Pour the oil on the meatloaf. If you are afraid of it being too oily, you can leave it out
