Fried pancakes
Overview
There was a bowl of soy milk left in the morning, plus a bowl of soy milk residue from yesterday morning. I just happened to be at home during the holidays and had nothing to do to fry some pancakes. I usually mix soybeans and rice into the oil slurry, and the residue is used to fry the fried pancakes, which are very soft and delicious

Steps
-
Pour the flour, soy milk and dregs, salt, pepper leaves, and angelica into a basin, and mix the dough evenly. If the dough is hard, add less water, because the soy milk and dough are easy to stick to your hands. Put less dry powder to clean the batter on your hands and the basin. After the dough is mixed, pour a small amount of peanut oil and wait for the dough to rise
-
Form into honeycomb shape, add oil to the pan and start frying
-
Pour oil on a chopping board and knead evenly, then knead the dough into a uniform dough
-
Pat with water into a thin and even cake dough
-
When the oil heats up, start frying
-
The freshly fried pancakes taste delicious because the bean dregs make them softer as they rise.
