Scrambled eggs with loofah
Overview
I was at home alone, too lazy to cook, but very hungry. I opened the refrigerator and saw loofah and tomatoes, so I made this dish. It tastes good, but the pepper is a bit spicy. Children who don’t like spicy food can leave it out...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, slice the loofah, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, shred the peppers and set aside, slice the garlic, mix the eggs and set aside
-
Put a little more oil in the pan, fry the eggs until golden brown, take them out and set aside
-
Put a little oil in the pot, add garlic and chili, stir-fry over high heat
-
Pour in the tomatoes and sauté the tomatoes to release their juice.
-
Add the luffa and continue to fry until the luffa becomes soft. (Don’t be afraid of the pot drying out, the juice from the tomatoes and the moisture in the loofah won’t make the pot dry out).
-
Add the scrambled eggs, stir-fry and serve.
