Quickly follow the trend - steamed buns with fried leek and egg
Overview
I have made a lot of steamed buns in the past two days, and there were still a few left yesterday. I thought I would fry them and eat them this morning. It just so happened that last night I saw what Zerui's mother was doing with the leftover steamed buns. I liked it so much that I immediately ran downstairs and bought a handful of leeks. This morning I quickly followed the trend and made this steamed bun with fried leek and egg. Thank you so much, Zeri’s mom!

Put oil in the pot and heat the oil to 70%.

My daughter loves to eat, and so do I.
