Peel the white radish, cut into hob pieces, add water and cook for 15 minutes. (Add appropriate amount of sugar when cooking radish)

Soak the cooked radishes in cold water for about 20 minutes.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add chopped green onions and oil and stir-fry.

Add radish and tofu, add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and stir-fry.
