Homemade seaweed and winter melon soup
Overview
I rarely ate seaweed soup before. Our breakfast here usually consists of porridge, soy milk and the like. I went to Dalian not long ago and brought back a lot of dried shrimps, seaweed, and kelp. I knew that eating these things would not make me fat, so I found a recipe from Gourmet World and followed it. It tasted great. My wife said that it has been officially added to our breakfast menu.
