Duck feet vermicelli
Overview
I originally wanted to make ants climb a tree, but when I saw that I still had braised duck feet at home, I decided to become a fan of duck feet.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft, cut into about 10 cm pieces, drain and set aside; chop the Pixian bean paste into fine pieces and add spicy sauce for later use.

After the oil pan is 60% hot, add the peppercorns, ginger and garlic, watercress, and spicy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add duck feet and fry.

Add water or stock to boil, add vermicelli, cover the pot and cook together for a while.

When the vermicelli is almost cooked, add salt, sugar, chicken essence, and reduce the juice over high heat. Don't make the soup dripping with too much oil, otherwise it won't taste good. After serving, sprinkle some chopped green onion to make it more beautiful.
