Prepare all the ingredients. I used a lot of lemons. I washed part of them to make paste and part of them to make lemon slices.

Wash the lemon several times with fine salt and a little water.

Bake the washed lemons in the oven at low temperature until there is no moisture on the outside.

Slice the lemon thinly and pick out the seeds.

Beat the old rock sugar into small pieces first.

Spread an appropriate amount of rock sugar on the bottom, and put lemon slices on top.

Put the remaining rock sugar on top.

Put it into a pot of water and simmer for eight hours.

Then add the Sichuan clam powder pressed into fine powder.

Continue to simmer for another half hour.
