Overview
One locust tree has ten miles of fragrant flowers, just like the white snow hidden among the trees. In a good year, people don't realize that in a disaster year, they are more expensive, and the people have life-saving food in the spring. Growing up, what I looked forward to most every spring was the strings of fragrant and sweet locust flowers on the trees in my hometown. The only way to cook them was to fry locust flower cakes. After I got married and followed my mother-in-law, I learned that the locust flowers can be steamed and eaten, and made into soup. I will steam them myself today
