Overview
Milk root, a soup ingredient brought back from Yunshuiyao, is commonly known as grass root in Fujian. It is sweet, slightly pungent and warm in nature. It can nourish the spleen and kidneys, dispel wind and dampness, and unblock the tendons. Use milk to make local chicken soup. The soup has a special aroma of grass roots.
