Overview
Shiitake mushrooms can improve the body's immune function, delay aging, and celery can calm the liver and lower blood pressure, clear away heat and detoxify, and can also lose weight. Every time I fry shiitake mushrooms, I fry two portions, one spicy and one non-spicy. The kids also love it.
