Yogurt marshmallow cake is a heavy oil cake, but because of the addition of yogurt, the taste becomes much refreshing.

Mix butter, corn oil, salt, and sugar.

Add whole egg liquid, vanilla extract, yogurt, lemon juice in batches and mix well.

Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix well.

Pour into the mold, scrape the batter with a spatula, and place marshmallows on the surface. It’s best to press the marshmallow down so it’s level with the batter.

Bake in the oven at 170 to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes,

After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration.
