Wash the shrimps.

Chop the onions and peppers and put them into a small dish and set aside.

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil.

Add the shrimp, stir, cover tightly and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes until cooked.

Cook and remove to plate.

Add one tablespoon of soy sauce and half a tablespoon of sesame oil to the chili and scallions to make a dipping sauce.

Place the dipping sauce in the middle of the plate. When eating, remove the shrimp shells and eat directly with the dipping sauce.
