Hulusi Egg Pancake
Overview
Yesterday, I brought back two tender gourds from my mother-in-law's house. Asked her how to eat it, she said it would be delicious in soup or egg pancakes. Tried it this morning and it was really delicious.

Cut a piece of gourd about half a catty, peel and pulp, and grate into shreds.
