Prepare the ingredients, tofu, onion, ginger, garlic, bell pepper

Cut the onions, ginger, and garlic into pieces and put them on a plate, dice the peppers, and cut the green onions into sections, leaving some chopped green onions

Heat oil to 50% heat over low heat, add ginger
