Grilled Wings with Garlic Chili Sauce

I never liked the Orleans flavor, so I changed it to garlic chili sauce and ate it as soon as it came out of the oven

Boil water in a pot, blanch the chicken wings for 5 minutes, remove, wash and drain

Use a fork or toothpick to make small holes on both sides of the chicken wings for easier flavoring

Mix chili sauce + water and spread a layer of garlic chili sauce on the bottom of the container

Arrange the chicken wings one by one

Spread another layer of chili sauce on the surface of the chicken wings, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight

Take out the chicken wings, brush off the excess chili sauce on the surface, place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, place in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake for ten minutes

Take it out and flip it over (reverse side) and bake for another ten minutes

Take it out and turn it over, brush it with a layer of honey water, and bake for another ten minutes
