Cinnamon Apple Pie
Overview
There are a lot of apples at home, so it would be nice to make some pies for tea or breakfast.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients for the pie crust together in the main ingredients.
-
Knead into a smooth dough and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
-
Peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces.
-
Melt the butter in the ingredients over low heat.
-
Add apples and stir-fry over low heat.
-
Add the sugar and continue to stir-fry over low heat until the apples become juicy and become slightly soft.
-
Mix low flour and corn starch, pour about 15 grams of water to make water starch, and pour it into the apples.
-
Stir fry evenly.
-
Let the apples be evenly coated with water starch, hold them together, turn off the heat, and set aside until cool.
-
Take out the refrigerated pie crust and divide it into two pieces. One piece should be slightly larger and roll it out with a rolling pin. The thickness is about the same as the mold.
-
Put it into the mold and arrange the shape.
-
Make small holes with a fork.
-
Add the peanuts, put it in the oven, and bake at 170°C for 8 minutes to set.
-
After baking, take it out and cool it to room temperature (remove the peanuts here, they only help the pie crust to prevent shrinkage and deformation during the baking process).
-
Add the fried apple filling and sprinkle a little cinnamon powder on top.
-
Roll out another piece of pie dough, cut it into small strips, weave it into a grid and place it on the surface. Brush the surface with a little egg wash. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 175°C for 20 minutes until the surface is colored.
-
It's baked.
-
Cinnamon smells.
