Overview
When my mother-in-law returned to her hometown, she brought me a fish-shaped steamed bun seal. She bought it at a rural market and asked for 20 yuan. I negotiated the price to 14 yuan, which cost a lot of money. When I took it home, I was fascinated by the small pattern. I immediately started kneading the fermented dough and tried a pot. The small fish steamed buns made have clear patterns and are very cute.

Add warm water, yeast and flour to form a smooth and hard dough and ferment until it is more than doubled in size.
