Steps
-
Weigh the ingredients you need.
-
One large egg is about 50 grams. Beat the eggs and add fine sugar and mix well.
-
Then add milk, salad oil and honey and mix well.
-
Mix the baking soda and baking powder and sift into the egg mixture.
-
Stir evenly without any lumps, then let it sit for about 10 minutes. The batter becomes thicker after resting for 10 minutes.
-
Do not put oil in the bottom of the pan. When it is 70% hot, add a spoonful of batter. I use a non-stick pan.
-
Flip gently when small bubbles appear on the surface of the batter.
-
Turn the heat over low and cook for about 2 minutes. If the pot is too hot, the baked cake will be darker in color. If you want a lighter color, finish baking one cake, turn off the heat, let it cook for a while, and then bake the next one.
-
After baking, place on the grill to cool.
-
Spread a little bean paste on the ice.
-
Put the two pancakes together and a beautiful dorayaki is completed.
