Ingredients: Cauliflower (broken into small florets and washed).

Wash the fresh mushrooms, cut them into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Wash the bacon, place on the chopping board and cut into slices.

Then, put the sliced bacon into a pot of water and bring to a boil.

Add the cauliflower and bring to a boil.

Then, add in the sliced fresh mushrooms, stir and bring to a boil.

Finally, add appropriate amount of chicken essence for seasoning and it's ready.
