Overview
The crawling monkey is the name of our hometown. Its scientific name should be the larvae of the golden cicada. The ones that have just crawled out of the ground have not yet shed their shells.

This is the last bit of cryopreservation from last year. This year's will be out soon. Thaw the frozen golden cicada and rinse it twice with water

Heat the oil and fry in the pan

Fry over medium-low heat, don’t rush until it’s crispy
