Wash kidney beans.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes.

Cut the chicken legs into small cubes.

Heat oil in pan and add diced chicken.

Stir-fry over high heat until the meat turns white.

Add diced kidney beans.

Stir-fry until the kidney beans change color.

Add diced potatoes.

Stir-fry over high heat for one minute.

Add chopped green onion, shredded ginger, soy sauce and Maggi and stir-fry for one minute.

Cover and turn to medium heat for 2 minutes.
