  1. Cut the softened butter into small cubes.

  2. Pour the sifted cake flour and powdered sugar into the bowl.

  3. Knead into corn state.

  4. Add egg yolk and mix well.

  5. Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

  6. After taking out the refrigerated dough, roll it into a round dough.

  7. Place the rolled dough into a 6-inch pie mold.

  8. Scrape off excess dough.

  9. Pinch off the excess dough and shape it into a round shape, place it in a circle on the top, and use a fork (or toothpick) to make holes in the dough.

  10. Cover with parchment paper (or tin foil) and add cereal or baking stone.

  11. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the oil paper and grains, and bake for another 8 minutes. It's out of the oven, but it's completely cold.

  12. Pour the light cream and white sugar into a basin, put the whipped cream into a piping bag, and pipe it on top of the tart.

  13. Wash the strawberries, cut off the leaves and cut into slices. Insert strawberry slices on top of tart. Done!
