bread crabs, washed clean with a brush

Chop into small pieces

Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, ginger and garlic

Pour in crab pieces

Stir-fry, add a little cooking wine, chili sauce (you can use some spicy pot base) and salt

After frying the crabs until they turn red, add a little water, cover the pot and simmer over high heat for about 10 minutes

Collect the soup and turn off the heat.

There were too many crabs to fit on the plate, so I found a small pot to put them in and serve!
