My family all likes to drink soup, especially mutton soup. Today I encountered fresh mutton chops, so let’s have a pot of mutton soup to warm your stomach!

Clean the lamb ribs, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into hob pieces for later use

Boil the lamb chops in water to remove the blood, add cooking wine in the middle to remove the smell
