Appetizing hot and sour radish
Overview
This appetizer dish of radish has always been my family's favorite. This dish is a bit sour, sweet and spicy. Whether it is too tired of eating in winter, or when there is no taste in summer, when going out for an outing in spring, or when colleagues gather for dinner, this is the most popular dish. When colleagues are having dinner together again, I have been asked to make this, haha

Prepare a white radish, wash it, do not peel it

Slice the radish, add appropriate amount of vinegar and salt, mix well, and leave it for 5-6 hours (extend the time appropriately in winter)

Add chopped pepper (chopped pepper is made by mincing fresh red pepper and pickling it with salt), sugar and mix well. You can add more chopped pepper and sugar according to your preference
