Crispy meat tofu
Overview
There was a lot of leftover tenderloin fried at my husband's house over the weekend, and my mother-in-law insisted on packing it up for me to take home. After two days in the refrigerator, when I took it out, it was no longer crispy and tender. Simply, I added tofu and simmered it in a hot pot. The meat was soft, crispy and fragrant, and the tofu was tender. My husband and son ate tofu, and I ate meat. It was good for the whole family.
