Crispy Rice Cake
Overview
A gorgeous transformation of leftover rice! When you take a bite, you will find that the outside is crispy, the inside is soft, glutinous and salty, plus the golden and petite body, are you also attracted by it? ~O(∩_∩)O~

Add diced ham sausage and chopped green onions to the leftover rice;

Add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce and a small amount of thirteen spices;

Use a rice spoon to crush the rice;

The rice is now sticky and can hold itself together;

Put the rice into a plastic bag and put it into a rectangular plastic box to flatten the surface;

Wipe a knife with water to cut the rice into pieces and wrap it in bread crumbs;

Preheat the electric pan, pour a small amount of oil, add the rice base and fry until cooked;

You can also fry it directly. It will turn out golden brown and very fragrant; but I personally prefer it wrapped in bread crumbs~

Eat it as it is fried, or you can add tomato sauce or hoisin sauce.
