Soak the tofu knots in water until soft, drain and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce to make a sauce.

Put the cooked tofu knots into a container, pour in the prepared juice and stir evenly,
