【Sweet and sour fish】
Overview
The first time I ate the sweet and sour crispy fish from the faculty cafeteria on the university campus, I fell in love with the taste. It was a little sour, a little sweet, and a little spicy, but my favorite was the fried fish skin topped with sauce. The crispy flavor left endless aftertaste~~

Clean the grass carp, remove the fishy threads, chop into pieces, add cooking wine, pepper, and salt and marinate for a while
