Wash and steam the sweet potatoes and peel them

Pound into puree

Add sugar and mix well

Add flour little by little

The amount of flour is not fixed, it can be mixed into a dough

Prepare filling: Crush black sesame seeds, add chopped nuts, add whatever you like, add sugar and flour, mix well and set aside

To prevent sticking, apply a little oil on your hands, take a piece of dough and flatten it, then add the fillings

Wrap it up and seal it, don’t expose the stuffing

Press it flat and stick white sesame seeds on the surface, as much or as little as you like
