Remove the internal organs from the duck, cut into pieces, wash and drain a little of the water, put it into the pot, stir-fry over high heat until there is no water and oil comes out.

Dark beer and young ginger are prepared in advance. Wash and slice the young ginger

Add and stir-fry for a few minutes with the tender duck

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes

Pour in enough water to cover the duck

Add a spoonful of salt and simmer over high heat for 40 minutes

Remove the juice over high heat.
