Prepare ingredients.

After washing the shrimps, mix them with a little cooking wine, a little cornstarch water and a little light soy sauce and marinate them.

Cut green onions into sections, dice bell peppers, and dice water chestnuts.

Blanch the ginkgo with boiling water to remove the bitterness. Just try it out and see if there is no bitterness.
