Pan-fried tenderloin
Overview
This pan-fried tenderloin is a family barbecue recipe, but it is still called pan-fried tenderloin. I used an electric pan to fry it, but you can also use a pan to fry it. As long as you watch the heat, there shouldn't be a big difference between the two. Marinating the tenderloin in advance makes it easier to cook. You can also use beef. If you use beef, you need to sprinkle some pepper for seasoning.
