Fried corn kernels
Overview
The sticky corn grown at home cannot be eaten when it is ripe. It should be boiled, peeled and frozen in the refrigerator for eating at any time.

Frozen cooked sticky corn kernels do not need to be defrosted, just put them in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil

Take out, drain and set aside

Dice cucumbers and carrots

Heat oil in a pan, add carrots
