Add water and sugar to the wolfberry. After boiling, add washed lily slices. Boil again, then turn off the heat and let cool for later use.

Wash the shrimps, remove the shells and devein, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and cornstarch, and mix well.

After the pan is heated, add salad oil and fry the shrimps over medium-low heat. Then let cool and set aside.
