Crispy Pork with Tomato Sauce

Overview

I made crispy pork in my own way. Because I used to follow food programs a lot, many of my dishes have a Jianghu flavor😄

Prepare the ingredients in the picture (for the method of crispy pork, please refer to my "Fried Crispy Pork" recipe)
After the pan is hot, pour oil
After the oil is hot, add the side dishes and stir-fry
Add the crispy pork and stir-fry for a while, then add two tablespoons of water to release the deliciousness of the tomatoes
Add salt and pepper to taste and remove from the pan
Start enjoying
