Soften butter and add powdered sugar.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add almond flour and cake flour and mix well.

Pipe almond batter onto the pre-baked tart shell. Put in the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

Squeeze homemade cherry cream mousse onto the baked tower.

Place in the refrigerator to cool the cherry cream mousse.

Cut the cake into slices.

Place the cake slices on the tower and top with cream.

Use a piping tip to pipe out butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Prepare the melon.

Place them carefully on the tower one by one for decoration. Sprinkle some chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
