Mango ice cream
Overview
My neighbor’s aunt brought a lot of mangoes from Xishuangbanna and gave me a bag. They were so big and sweet that I didn’t need to toss them with something else. I really feel sorry for such good mangoes

Prepare materials

Put the egg yolks, sugar and milk into a pot and heat over low heat until bubbling. Stir while heating to avoid burning the pot. Set aside to cool

Peel the mango and puree it, add it to the cooled egg milk and mix well

Beat evaporated milk until 6 and distribute

Mix the evaporated milk and the previous mango custard evenly, put it in the refrigerator, take it out and beat it every 2 hours, repeat this 3 to 4 times, then pour it into a sealed container and eat it overnight
