Strawberry Pancake
Overview
A very delicious dessert. I wanted to make it a long time ago, but I never had the time. I finally finished it and tried it. It tastes very good.

Crack the eggs and egg yolks into a bowl and mix well.

Add 25 grams of white sugar and beat until the sugar melts.

Add 200 ml of milk and mix well.

Sift in the flour and mix into a smooth batter.

Pour in the melted butter and mix well.

Sieve and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Add 30 grams of sugar to the light cream and beat until dry peaks form.

Take out the refrigerated batter, mix well and fry into pancakes in a non-stick pan.

Add whipped cream and strawberries.

Apply another layer of whipped cream.

Stack up.

Fold both sides and then fold it in half again.
