Dried black beans and soy sauce rice
Overview
I made too much rice for lunch and left a lot. Let’s clean up the leftovers at night. Pair it with dried tofu, tempeh and chives, and stir-fry it with some fragrant soy sauce. (⊙o⊙)Wow, it’s so delicious~

Prepare the main ingredients, chop the chives, and cut the dried tofu into small cubes and set aside.

Heat enough oil in the pot.

Add chives and sauté until fragrant.

Add dried tofu and tempeh.

Stir fry a few times.

Add the remaining rice and stir-fry together.

Pour in appropriate amount of natural fresh soy sauce, chicken essence and salt.

Stir fry evenly.

Add a few drops of sesame oil before serving.
