Poke a small hole in the round end of the egg. I drilled the hole with pointed scissors.

Add 1tbsp of vinegar to the boiling water.

Gently add the eggs and cook over medium heat for 6 to 6 and a half minutes. Try it once or twice depending on the size of the eggs.

Take it out and soak it in cold water for six minutes.

Place the eggs in cold water and gently peel off the shell.

Prepare a pot of old stew, add eggs, and soak for about 1 day before eating.
