  1. Use a juicer to squeeze purple cabbage juice. Take half of the purple cabbage juice and add 3-5g of baking soda and mix thoroughly. Slowly you will find that the color becomes darker and darker blue.

  3. I also made white dough. I took a small ball of dough from each of the three colors and kneaded it into a long strip.

  4. Cut into evenly sized pieces.

  5. Roll it into a round shape and roll it into a dumpling wrapper that is slightly thicker in the middle and slightly thinner on the outside.

  6. Like this, one piece at a time, four pieces in a row. I only arranged three rows. The chopping board is big and I can arrange more rows.

  7. Spread some meat filling on each row like this, place it on the top of the dumpling wrapper, and flatten it slightly. I divided the wrapper into rows for easier viewing.

  8. Just like this, fold the side without the meat stuffing underneath to cover the side of the meat stuffing, press it slightly with your hands, and then roll it up from the right side, one piece after another.

  9. After rolling it up, arrange it a little and press the edge of the dumpling skin, which is the lace, out, and a rose will become it.
