Black Pepper Bacon Chicken Pizza
Overview
I finally looked forward to the May Day holiday. I didn’t go anywhere during this short holiday. I just stayed at home and ate and drank. It was quite pleasant! I have ready-made bacon and chicken breasts at home. I usually don’t have time to make pizza, but today I made it possible. Because I had enough time, I made a rim for the pizza. After baking it, I thought this pizza looked very good, haha~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix and knead the cake base ingredients except ham sausage, and ferment until doubled in size.
-
Knead the fermented dough evenly again and let it rest for 5 minutes. Divide a small portion of the dough into thin slices and use it to wrap the ham sausage. Then cut the wrapped ham sausage into even pieces to make the edges of the pizza. Grease the pizza pan in advance, roll out the remaining dough and spread it evenly on the pizza pan, and make small holes in the bottom of the pizza.
-
Wash and cut the green and red peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cut the bacon and chicken breast into small pieces. Marinate the chicken breast with a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, and salt.
-
Sauté the bacon and marinated chicken breasts until half cooked. At this point preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
-
Spread tomato sauce on the bottom of the cake. If you want to eat full of string, you can put a layer of cheese on the tomato sauce. I forgot this step.
-
Top with fried chicken breast and bacon.
-
Layer with green and red peppers, onions, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Take it out halfway and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and pizza grass.
-
Take out of the oven after 15 minutes.
